Michael Kelly has been involved in the legal business since 1958. He was appointed the youngest marshal in the United States, a post he held for 3 more appointments for about 6 years.
He entered the University of Miami Law School in 1965 and was elected president of Phi Delta Phi premiere legal fraternity in the United States in 1966. While at law school he received the dean’s merit certificate, as well as a LEA grant wherein he rode for 340 hours with the Miami Dade Metropolitan Police and developed a thesis thereafter.
He received one of the most prestigious appointments upon graduation from law school, The University of Pennsylvania Reginald Heber Smith Fellowship.
He passed the California Sate Bar and entered into a partnership with an AV Rated attorney, he successfully completed that term. He is also Marine having served in the United States Marin Corp. for 5 years and was Honorably Discharged in October 28, 1964.
Mr. Kelly is currently the managing partner of one of the largest divorce firms in California with 30 people, family law specialists, 6 lawyers. Mr. Kelly has had a long and distinguished career with many headline notable famous custody divorce cases and is a current new analyst for ABC, NBC, CNN, and FOX News.
Mr. Kelly taught certified family law specialist credited courses at the University of California for 11 years. He is also a life coach. He participated in structuring the original Minors Counsel Statute in 1985.
